HVAC Technician

Requirements:
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues effectively
• Minimum of two (2) years of proven HVAC service experience
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Must possess all necessary tools for fieldwork
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and DMV check
Position Summary:
• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose problems accurately.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations.
• Document repairs and completed work using trade software such as HousecallPro.
• Engage with customers to communicate issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
